Intramural Program Overview
Our Intramural programs for children ages 3-8 are designed to provide engaging, interactive soccer skills training in a fun environment to our aspiring players.
Our goal is to develop a love of the game while providing children the opportunity to grow as players and learn important life skills.
Only 0.3% of our intramural players will have the opportunity to play professional soccer, but close to 100% will have the opportunity to grow up and become adults in our community.
We coach citizenship, character, and commitment through soccer.

U4 / U5 / U6 - The goal of our program is to provide a fun environment to help players develop a love for the game while teaching the skills all soccer players need for success. These programs increase in complexity with each age group. The focus is on individual technical skills. Players will work with a professional trainer each week leaning soccer skills through fun interactive games. The 1 hour sessions typically start with a warm up, continue with 1-2 activities, and conclude with a small sided competition.
U7 - Players continue to follow the U4/U5/U6 format for half the session. The second half consists of a 4v4 match (no keepers). Volunteer coaches may hold practices on week nights.
U8/U9 - Players recieve training from our professional trainers once per week. Volunteer coaches may hold practeice on week nights. On Sundays, teams play 6v6 or 7v7 matches (with keepers). Matches are officated by youth referees.
